Regarding your safety, we reserve the right to change the Yosemite itinerary to the Solvang and Oxnard Bay due to the weather and road conditions during the winter. We cannot confirm it now as it is sunject to the tour guide's arrangement. But we will inform you if there will be change after your booking. For this tour we can only offer airport pickup: Airport Pick-up SFO (San Francisco International Airport): - 10:30am – 10:30pm: Guests should be meeting the tour guide in front of the Information Center at Terminal 2, and the free shuttle will take guests to airport hotel every 30 minutes. - 10:30pm – 12:30am and 4:30am – 10:30am: Guests need to call airport hotel to request a free shuttle to be sent to the hotel shuttle pick-up area at Terminal 2 to pick up the guests. - After 12:30am and before 4:30am in the morning, guests need to arrange their own transportation (i.e. taxi) to the airport hotel. The prices have been posted depending on the rates from the locations. You may ask the tour guide if there are special access or rates for disabled people. The third guest joins the tour at a discounted rate (except applicable admission fees, mandatory tips, optional activities, and own expense items) on shared room basis. You can leave a note at comment section when booking if you want to meet your guide at hotel. Each person can bring one medium-sized suitcase weighing no more than 50 pounds (23 kg) and one carry-on bag to join this tour. Meals are not included in the tour package price,however, you have the option to pay for meals the tour guide arranges. Q: Hi, I'm from Indonesia and interested with this 4 days tour. Plan to take the tour with my wife and 2 kids (4 - 7 yrs old). is there any child rate? Or I just pick 4 guests? Do I have to concern with child booster seat? And when we go back from the trip, can I choose the different drop off point which not the same spot when I started (ex: start from union station but drop off at Walmart Irvine). If you want to get a drop off different from the pick up location, you may put in the information on the comment box when you make the reservation.
